**ALL-ROUND EXCLUSIVE PICTURES FROM SOLARPIX.COM**.**WORLDWIDE SYNDICATION RIGHTS**.A BRITISH expat on the Costa del Sol, Spain, has told how she made a "citizen's arrest" of a man on Crime-watch's most wanted list..Part-time barmaid Michelle Mackenzie, 37, from Bracknell, said she did not think twice after recognising Glen Tranter when his picture was shown on the popular BBC programme on satellite television..She said she lured him to Sizzles, a bar popular with fellow Brits, at Arroyo del Miel, Benalmadena, where she works a few hours a week, by calling Tranter, formerly of Keighley Road, Colne, and say-ing she needed his taxi service..But she also called two friends to join her and when he arrived at the bar he was ambushed..Michelle, who worked at Broadmoor, the high security hospital which caters for several high profile prisoners, before moving to Spain ten years ago, grabbed him in an arm lock around the neck and held him with his head pressed on a table outside the bar..She told him she was making a citizen's arrest and that he was going to be handed over to the police because he was wanted in Britain..Tranter is wanted for eight charges of sexual offences against girls under 16..Michelle said: "I used self-defence tactics I learned in my previous job at Broadmoor, where staff have to know how to look after themselves. I had him in an arm lock and he couldn't move. I didn't let go until the police arrived.".He was handed over to the local police, who normally only deal with traffic and other nearby cases..They, in turn, called in officers from the National Police at nearby Torrem-olinos. With the help of fluent Spanish speaker Simon Fry, a regular at Sizzles and a friend of Michelle, Tranter, who was number two on Crimewatch's current most wanted list, was quizzed by the Spanish officers..After Simon left, Tranter was releas-ed because there was no international warrant out for his arrest. .But his freedom was short lived.
