**ALL ROUND PICTURES FROM SOLARPIX.COM**.**WORLDWIDE SYNDICATION RIGHTS**.In the bustling fishing port of Olhao, in the Algarve, local fishermen still unload their daily catch of Sardines in the traditional way, throwing them up on overflowing baskets up onto the dock. In the past wicker baskets would have been used, but these days the more practical plastic crates have taken the place of wicker. Many deals are done at the boat side, and local people can still be seen arriving at the dock on a bike with a bucket, and buying a small quantity direct from the fishermen.
